How to Contact Dragonwar Support to Claim Warranty – India

Dragonwar Located in Kowloon, Hong Kong is one of the few companies offering quality gaming devices like gaming mouse, keyboard, Headset, Mouse mat, speakers at an affordable price point to customers worldwide.  Slowly becoming the favorite among budget conscious Indian gaming community. If you don’t believe me, try a simple search on Amazon with the keyword gaming mouse.  You will surely see the Dragonwar ELE-G9 listed among the top 10.  Not just mouse but gaming keyboards and other devices. Of course, the product I mentioned here will be obsolete in a few years but I’m sure if Dragonwar continues to offer quality products, it will stand the test of time.

I purchased the ELE-G9 in the year 2015 but unfortunately, there was a problem with the scroll wheel. Luckily,  it was still in warranty. I had to contact their support to get a replacement or repair the existing device. That’s when I realized there is no mention of their support centers anywhere on their website www.dragonwar.jp. I tried contacting the seller on amazon and he had no clue. Hence, I emailed Dragonwar hoping they would reply. To my surprise, their support team replied with 24 hours and point me in the right direction.

After sending an email to support@redwoodinteractive.net, the Mumbai service center team replied and to visit their Service Centre with the faulty product along with “Tax Invoice Copy” in order to get hand-to-hand replacement.  For your convenience, I have mentioned the address, phone number and the procedure to claim warranty.

Warranty Terms and Conditions.

1. Warranty is valid only on manufacturing defects.

2. Warranty will be void if the product has physical or Water damage.

3. Accessories provided with product is not covered under warranty.

4. Proof of Purchase (Tax invoice) is mandatory to avail warranty.

If you stay far away and are unable to visit the service center, you can request Dragonwar team to send the mouse via courier.  They will surely arrange a replacement for you.

  • You need to pack your unit in a box.
  • Provide any photo Id proof such as Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter Id etc. (2 copies).
  • Take the printouts of all the file which will be generated by their courier partner (example: FedEx)
Future Process:-
  • Once Courier Pick up is done the same will delivered be to Redwood in 3-4 working days.
  • After they receive your product they will check the same and update you in 2-3 working days.
  • Expect the turnaround on returned shipments to be 7-8 of working days once the pickup is done.
Kindly Note:-
  • If you miss pick-up then you have to send the product at your own cost.
